FAQs
I don’t need social templates can i swap them out for something else or receive a discount on my package?
Absolutely. Our brand packages are flexi and we’re happy to swap out any items you don’t need for something else of equal value. $4500 AUD + GST is currently the minimum investment for working with our studio.
Will I receive working files?
We don’t provide any working files with our handover, but social media templates are included in our branding design package. If you would like any additional templates to make changes to please let us know and we can build a custom package for you.
How many concepts will you produce?
We provide one to two branding concepts in your presentation. Although exploration is a big part of the initial design phase, we really narrow things down so only the ideas that hit the bulls-eye get presented.

They emphasize mobile friendly design ensuring that you don't lose any functionality (or design) when your site goes mobile. It can do almost anything Wordpress & Shopify can do (including e-commerce).
How will you make my website awesome?
A great website is more than a stunning layout. It's providing an intuitive user experience and highlighting key messages that sell your product and services. It's leading customers to where you want them to go! As experienced designers we craft beautifully designed websites that reflect your brand. We're also familiar with the powerful functionality that Squarespace has to offer. We use CSS (coding language that changes styling) to add customisations that can transform your site from a template to a unique, beautifully designed website that give your customers a full brand experience.
do you provide copywriting?
We work with some fantastic copy partners that suit a variety of budgets and tone of voice. Get in touch with us for more info.
Do you recommend Squarespace for E-Commerce?
Squarespace has great basic e-commerce capabilities and it's a good option for new sellers as they test the market. It can sell physical, digital, services and subscription items and has the added bonus of being a powerful story-telling tool when brand building is crucial in the early stages of your business.
For experienced sellers, and sellers with a larger range of products or require more customisation, we recommend and build on Shopify for their powerful e-commerce functionality. Get in touch if you'd like some advice about which platform is best for you.

We don’t provide vessel designs in house but we can recommend industrial designers and concept artists based on the needs of your project.
